Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AFX Institute platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), operated from Libreville, Gabon. The Platform provides entirely free Forex trading education for its users.

2. Free of charge

Access to all educational content, quizzes and certificates is strictly free of charge. AFX Institute never requests payment, bank card details or a subscription from users. The publisher's revenue comes exclusively from commissions paid by the regulated partner broker under an introducing broker (IB) program.

3. Registration and user account

Registration requires a first name, last name, email address, phone number and country. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. Any fraudulent use of an account is the sole responsibility of its holder.

As part of your training, AFX Institute collects data relating to your learning journey (progress, engagement and aggregated trading statistics) in order to personalize your support. AFX Institute never reviews the detailed content of your trades, your personal notes or your private communications. The terms are detailed in our privacy policy.

4. Risk warning

Trading on the Forex market carries a high risk of capital loss. AFX Institute provides educational content only and does not in any way constitute financial advice, an investment recommendation or a promise of profit. The user is solely responsible for their trading decisions and for any losses on the account they open with a third-party broker.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (texts, course modules, quizzes, graphic elements, logo) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of AFX Institute. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Liability

AFX Institute makes every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of its content, but cannot be held liable for service interruptions, occasional errors or decisions made by users on the basis of the educational information provided.

7. Amendments to these Terms

AFX Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any material change by email or via the Platform.
